Normally I'd add a keyboard shortcut through Mac system preferences, but it's not possible to do this for Redo/Repeat because the command name changes in the menu according to what you're redoing, and the Mac preferences require that you type the exact phrase I'm using Word 2011 on Mac (version 14.4.1).
